update eDNA section of copendium to include link to iobis repo #171

The markdown for eDNA doesn't include a link to the repo or notebook https://ioos.github.io/bio_data_guide/applications.html#dataset-edna

That chapter is created from datasets/dataset-edna

which uses git submodules to pull in https://github.com/iobis/dataset-edna/

we should include some references back to the source repo. Just not sure how to, unless we update https://github.com/iobis/dataset-edna/README.md or fiddle with the GHA like we're already doing: https://github.com/ioos/bio_data_guide/blob/4a4cd14bfab5a14e24486eb0f6c7d654803842bd/.github/workflows/deploy_bookdown.yml#L37-L39

If we can't edit the iobis repo, I suggest we create a fork with the changes instead of running things through sed.
