I am working with big-dataset from LOKI. It is an instrument similar to a UVP, where there's a camera attached to a plankton net and it takes 24 frames per second in a haul, depending on the depth of the station. After treating the images, we use EcoTaxa to annotate the species and once it's done, we start to follow the DarwinCore guidelines. One of my barriers for now is to define the hierarchy of my data, and integrate the spatial information of the whole water column.

My data can be exported as a big spreadsheet per taxon or per sample
