Blue Amazon Biodiversity

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

We are in the process of searching, typing and organising all published papers and species about Brazilian marine biodiversity (which we call Blue Amazon Biodiversity) up to December 2023.

Info about "raw" Data Files.

For this workshop it will be important to identify some raw data that includes taxonomic occurrence, lat, lon, and other data of your choice.
