Dataset Title

prokaryotes and phytoplankton from Iberian upwelling system

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with data with different levels of taxonomic resolution: a) metabarcoding for prokaryotes; not all the ASVs within the dataset are identified at species level. b) FlowCam imaging + Ecotaxa identification for phytoplankton; only a few particles can be identified at species level.

Info about "raw" Data Files.

The "raw" data are included in .csv excel files
