Restore a COMT harvest source #198

The former COMT WAF looks to be empty.

Is there another COMT harvest source we can set up to pull datasets from. Should this draw data from http://thredds.comt.ioos.us/thredds/?

Sorry, meant to file this in ioos/catalog repo, too late now I'm afraid.

@benjwadams Happened to be digging back in to Catalog issues. Maybe this one can be cleared up easily... do we have a replacement for http://comt.sura.org/WAF/ for the Harvest Registry to harvest from?

Closing this issue as IOOS no longer plans to hold COMT canonical datasets/data store. We will also remove COMT as an 'organization' on Catalog: https://data.ioos.us/organization/comt

Hey @benjwadams, I just tried to delete the COMT organization via CKAN UI and got this error message:

Organization cannot be deleted while it still has datasets

Currently, the COMT org is listed as having zero datasets, so it may take some work in the CKAN db to delete it. Can you help?
