In the redesign of the CKAN dataset page, we need to add links to the RAW ISO XML content for each dataset (/harvest/object/_____).
For example, the NOAA Data Catalog includes a 'Metadata Source' header with this information:
https://data.noaa.gov/dataset/pacioos-nearshore-sensor-06-ns06-pohnpei-micronesia
It also has an 'HTML' representation of the metadata, but we can probably skip this as our layout will probably look better than the simple xslt translation.
