Add direct metadata download option for the CKAN internal copy of ISO XML (/harvest/object/__) and also the remote source (registry.ioos.us/waf/____).
Include this just above Graphic Preview. For ex: https://data.noaa.gov/dataset/coastal-digital-elevation-models-dems
