Cleanup: move all the notebooks to /notebooks

Just a cleanup task, but making a couple of changes would help out the readability of the project quite a bit:

move all the notebooks to /notebooks
remove notebooks that are 'testing' or 'development' from the master branch (push instead your own testing branch with a useful name 'testing_datashader' that includes the new notebook)
maybe move existing notebooks we've already pushed, that we don't know are expendible to /notebooks/test or something

May work on this later today...
