I'm having trouble running the compliance checker on win64

It's complaining about cf-units=0.1.1 not being installed, but I've got cf_units=1.1 installed from the IOOS channel.

@rsignell-usgs that deserves a new issue and it is related to Python 3 on Windows. Can you close this one and open the new issue?

Okay, since we seem to have licked the cf_units issue on win64, and other platforms have already been tested, closing this issue.
