Brian, can we post this as something editable/renderable (e.g. markdown) instead of pdf?

I think that should be the goal, yes.

Converting that document/content to Markdown could take some time and I know the group is looking for this in short order.

We could email around as-is, but having in repo (with dated filename to indicate its potential for obsolescence) would help now. We can remove with commit message that content is available in wiki when that is ready

Okay. Good plan. If you have the original doc from which the pdf was created, I could transform it to markdown.
