Different definitions of SSH #22

SLOSH uses: water_surface_height_above_reference_datum & reference datum is defined as NAVD88 Others use: sea_surface_height_above_geoid

Need to decide how to convey in the UI for now we'll use two slightly different variable names to differentiate (SSH_referencedatum & SSH_geoid).
