Make sure Testbed2 participants know how to upload data #7

The testbed 2 users need to know the standard procedure for contributing datasets to the testbed. This includes the username/password, the protocols available (sftp, gridFTP, etc), the directory and file naming structure, the NcML file and the google doc location.
