Set up directory structure for Testbed2 on comt #8

We need to set up a directory structure for Testbed2 on comt.sura.org. I propose to link /Home/ftp/upload to /data/comt2, so that when users connect using sftp, they will see top level folders like pr_inundation_tropical. Sound okay @rluettich and @brianmckenna ?

I've added the following:

/Home/ftp/upload

cb_hypoxia
gom_hypoxia
pr_inundation_tropical
README

Any guidance on the west coast integration project? usw_integration?

@brianmckenna, did you want to add a subdir comt_2 to allow for comt_3 in the future? For example:

cd /Home/ftp/upload/comt_2

I moved the directories like pr_inundation_tropical from

/Home/ftp/upload

to

/Home/ftp/upload/comt_2

which is also linked to:

/data/comt_2
