Summary attribute missing from COMT THREDDS server datasets #1

@corbittkerr You mentioned you had added summaries to the inundation datasets, but I'm not seeing the summaries on the thredds server., for example, this datset: http://comt.sura.org/thredds/dodsC/data/testbed/inundation_tropical/MDL_SLOSH/Hurricane_Ike_final_run_egm3.html
