Change cdm_data_type = any for structured grids #18

cdm_data_type=any is getting assigned to shelf_hypoxia ROMS structured grid datasets, which is breaking the bounding box calculation in the ISO metadata. cdm_data_type=any should only be assigned for unstructured grid.

@corbittkerr we need to remove cdm_data_type=any from the structured grids. Please respond here. If you can't do it, I can do it.
