Need to add "coverage_content_type" #21

Corbitt, To facilitate discovery of modeled vs observational data we need to add For all non-coordinate MODEL variables: <attribute name="coverage_content_type" value="modelResult"

For all non-coordinate OBS variables: <attribute name="coverage_content_type" value="physicalMeasurement"

Let's just add this for any variable that has a "coordinates" attribute.
