add institution/model to thredds dataset names #3

Although we will likely often use the CSW search to find datasets, it would be useful if the list of datasets on the thredds server at http://comt.sura.org/thredds/testbed2_catalog/auto.html indicated which institution/model they were associated with.

Right now we just see three datasets that say: Hurricane_Ike_2D_final_run_with_waves

but it would be better if they were given the name inundation_tropical.UND_ADCIRC.Hurricane_Ike_2D_final_run_with_waves (and maybe even spiffed up via string replacment to: Inundation-Tropical-UND-ADCIRC-Hurricane_Ike_2D_final_run_with_waves

This should be a 15 min job, right? ;-)

Okay, I went ahead and made this change, but now not sure whether I like it with institution and group or not.
@corbittkerr What do you think? http://comt.sura.org/thredds/testbed2_catalog/auto.html maybe just org and model, or okay as is?

I've made these changes as well using colons (:) to separate group : institution : model : run description.

Catalog is now at: http://comt.sura.org/thredds/comt_1_archive_summary.html and looks good.
