added remote catalog link to UCSC CCSNRT Phys Bio Aggregation #30

added entry for remote catalog at UCSC.

I modified threddsConfig.xml on comt.sura.org to allow remote catalogs.

@rsignell-usgs how does the deployment work with the scripts that generate the "Full" catalog?

so would you suggest remote catalogs be included in footer.xml?

Yes, that's a good idea. Let's try it that way first and see if we like it. The other option would be to add to the spreadsheet with some option and handle it differently in the python script.

going with the footer option for now, no sense in developing a remote category into the spreadsheet when we don't know if we'll be using them again at the moment.

looks good. Except maybe it would be good to use a naming convention for the remote catalog more in line with the other datasets?
