Trying out the SGRID=>Sci-WMS=>ISO workflow #42

@brianmckenna , @ayan-usgs has got the workflow working! This script https://github.com/USGS-CMG/usgs-cmg-portal/blob/master/catalog_harvest/get_ncml_daily_iso.py harvests the 00_dir*.ncml files (created by yaml2ncml.py), injects the datasets into sci-wms, replaces the ncWMS endpoint in the ISO with the sci-wms endpoints. Cool!

I'm on vacation next week, but if you want to try this out, @ayan-usgs should be able to help a bit.

This will allow plotting of vectors from ROMS, WRF, Delft3D (as long as the SGRID conventions are used)
