* Updated the Revision History table
* Added description to 'Global' table
* Strikethrough the proposed Platform Variable table to be removed

@kwilcox @jessicaaustin @shane-axiom Can you do a quick review? Mostly cleaning up and updating the Revision History for our proposed changes. Would like to merge this today.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this one so we have the 'latest and greatest' for the meeting this week.
