Using this PR to keep track of changes we make as we discuss things with CF.

Changes in this pr:

fix some typos, and clean up (incl. a few places where we still used info_url instead of infoUrl)
change flag_method to flag_methods to be more in line with existing cf conventions (e.g., flag_values, flag_masks and flag_meanings)
