Update gliders.ioos.us #252

I'd like to replace the content on the existing gliders.ioos.us with the content on gliders.ioos.us/data. Please get rid of the gliders.ioos.us content and make the /data page the new gliders.ioos.us. The existing gliders.ioos.us is entirely obsolete or already captured in the underwatergliders.org site.

While in it, please update the hyperlink of GCOOS to https://gcoos.org/
