All of the metrics presented in this site should also be served from https://erddap.ioos.us/erddap/index.html

Update website scripts to pull data from there.

Data to host on ERDDAP:

[ ] ATN GTS metrics
[ ] Link to the regional GTS data for quarterly hyperlinks on website. See this line.
[ ] Add link to https://erddap.ioos.us/erddap/index.html on the home page
