Adjust bokeh_plot() args #97

Add required bokeh_plot() arg "time", and remove unused arg "var_name".

@MeanLowDrew don't have enough tests implement to check this change. If you are still interested in getting this one in do you mind adding one? I will try to test this locally and, if that required some bokeh pinning, I'll update the PR and merge it.
