Updating data set status pages #161

Finish new status pages, mobile view and migrate to status end point.

Tasks:

  1. Clean up server-side/db scripts
  2. Set up ERDDAP image requests and store .png files
  3. php migration

In the meantime, we need to change the link to the existing status page from:

https://gliders.ioos.us/status/

to:

https://marine.rutgers.edu/cool/data/gliders/dac/status/

The current page is way out of date and doesn't reflect the current status of data sets.

Web pages are up on dev-gliders.ioos.us and the db is being updated at @hourly frequency. Working on adding db updates to production machine. Goal is to be finished by 10/26/2022.
