Unable to add Wiki page #23

Could the person that created this repository add me, I think, as a member? It appears that I do not have access to create a Wiki page. Unfortunately, after creating a Wiki page on my own repository I discovered that Github does not support pull requests of the Wiki repository. If there is a way, please chime in.
