Inclusion of ATN datasets within the IOOS Data Catalog to increase visibility and accessibility

ATN datasets are not showing up, because metadata are not searchable

What indicates this is done (i.e., how do we know this is complete)?

Metadata are searchable and search results include ATN datasets
