What is being requested?

Create release notes for the most recent ATN portal release version. Include details on cyberinfrastructure improvements as well as visualization enhancements.

What is the requested deadline and why?

depends on release frequency. probably <2 months after new release.

What is the current status quo (i.e., what happens if this does not get done)?

Users will be unaware of any changes that have happened when a new version is rolled out.

What indicates this is done (i.e., how do we know this is complete)?

Provide a description or any other important information.

I edited the description to only reference ATN, instead of both ATN and MBON
