Pathway to pull OTN data and metadata to ADR and expose metadata and acoustic data products in ATN data portal for access and discovery.

These data and metadata are discoverable in the ATN catalog, and subsets of the data can be visualized in the interactive map.

OTN metadata is already being harvested by the DAC for any ATN PIs with ADR accounts. Metadata tables are available in the ADR.

But this is an old, outdated task that is best to remove. The ML team instructed Axiom to pause work on this effort, including all related tasks back in ~ Nov/Dec 2023. Create new updated issues/tasks once we can finalize the role ATN should play as a network to support the acoustic telemetry community and how the DAC can facilitate or provide services to meet this need.

Only for things that are public in someway or another. Each network has it's own sharing policies.
