Old, outdated tasking. Remove/depreciate.

Thanks. Was there a decision that was made to not do this? Why? A little more detail as to why it should be removed / deprecated would be helpful.

The task was to test/validate harvesting acoustic data and complete metadata (public and embargoed) from regional OTN nodes for integration and visualization in the portal and is related to other acoustic telemetry tasking.

Yes, we decided as a group to not move forward or at least pause this and other related acoustic tasking until we can revisit and refine the role ATN, and the DAC should play and how best to support the acoustic telemetry community, and we were able to update our implementation plan or draft a new strategic plan for ATN and/or ML to reflect our updated vision. There are past call notes and other meeting notes from Fall/Winter 2023 regarding this decision. This also relates to whether or not ATN should stand-up a federated acoustic node or if it's better to harvest only publicly available data/metadata from OTN geoserver and OBIS and for what purpose.
