The vision document currently resides in the readme file along with details about the repo itself. For clarity, the vision document should be a new markdown in this repo.

What is the requested deadline and why?

2024-06-07

What is the current status quo (i.e., what happens if this does not get done)?

The readme becomes more conflated and confusing.

What indicates this is done (i.e., how do we know this is complete)?

Content is moved to a new markdown file.

Provide a description or any other important information.
