@amilan17 any thoughts?
I need to research this more, but our "source" ncml picked up from the THREDDS services and translates to ISO - does contain those dates under the 'CFMetadata' group.... ?

@amilan17 , I believe the issues have been addressed on this SABGOM dataset -- the data on the THREDDS server looks good (see below).
Can you please change the status of this dataset from UNRESPONSIVE
to APPROVED
so we can find it again?

@rsignell-usgs status has been updated to approved
Thanks @robragsdale ! @ocefpaf , SECOORA SABGOM should again be discoverable via CSW:
For some reason the SABGOM time bounds are very stale. The metadata on NGDC: http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/geoportal/rest/document?id=%7B91517080-8AA1-465D-8157-9D61AB69C7C5%7D have start/stop dates in 2012
The THREDDS catalog being accessed http://omgsrv1.meas.ncsu.edu:8080/thredds/catalog/fmrc/sabgom/catalog.html , however, has a single aggregated dataset that is right up to date (end date May 15, 2014).
