GCOOS ISO WAF Registration #68

@mkhoward the service http://barataria.tamu.edu/iso/ is not being harvested by geoportal because of an invalid records. The errors reported concern the presence of 'CHILDREN' element in the 'gco:Measure' element. According to the validation report, the 'gco:Measure' element must have no 'children' and, the value must be valid. @amilan17 could you please take a look to see that I represented the valid report issues correctly, when the issues with EMMA are resolved. The metadata is making it to the production WAF.

There is another error that regards "is not a valid value for 'double'. I have added where I believe the issue resides in the XML.

@mkhoward @robragsdale Can you provide a link to the source metadata (NcML?) before translation to ISO. Thanks.

I've looked through all four ISO files and can't find any instance of a gco:Measure element that has a child element, so I'm at a loss as to what might need to be fixed. The THREDDS catalog.xml entry for this follows:

The XML/NcML from which that ISO is derived is:
