Set status of http://opendap.co-ops.nos.noaa.gov/thredds/catalog/GBOFS/fmrc/catalog.xml to "for removal".
GBOFS had been completely removed from T&C web site (Web pages and THREDDS) and stopped running on modeling servers since Sep 2015.
