UUID list update for oceanSITES WAF #87

@amilan17 will you please update the UUID metadata collection list for the oceanSITES WAF that you created?

This is the UUID for OceanSITES in Geoportal. {D479A77C-414E-404A-AF9B-C0BA9975E90D}

@lukecampbell Can you use this UUID for a new oceanSITES WAF for harvesting into the catalog? Thanks.

Hey @robragsdale do you have a preferred logo to use for this?

For example on this page: http://catalog.ioos.us/providers/NOAA-CO-OPS

Also, if someone could provide a paragraph to fill in as a description that will help fill the page out.
