Link the identified services to the service endpoints? #204

I expected that when I clicked on the DAP link shown here: 10-1-2014 11-07-46 am something should happen, like on data.gov. That I would go to the DAP Dataset Access Page, perhaps. Would that be straightforward to implement?

During #408 I'll take a look at this. I just looked at it right now, it turns out these are tabs to deal with datasets that have multiple services. When I convert them to a link, you wind up with this:

So, instead of trying to solve the styling issues now, I'll incorporate the changes in the migration.
