This is still an issue for me when I'm not paying attention to where I am in my directory tree, and go too deep before doing a git clone. Specifically, can Theme 3 ("Theme_3_Species_Protection_and_Marine_Habitat_Conservation") be renamed to something like "Theme_3_Species_Protection" or "Theme_3_Marine_Habitat_Conservation" ?
