I just built pyoos 0.6.2 for linux. The same exact thing should work for mac:

I cloned the ioos conda-recipes
Edited ./pyoos/meta.yaml, bumping the version number from 0.6.1 to 0.6.2
did conda build pyoos (which built, tested and then uploaded the new package to my binstar channel)

So if you have done

conda config --add channels https://conda.binstar.org/rsignell

then

conda update pyoos

should work on linux 64

Works here for Linux.

I guess we can close this. Pyoos is available for all platform in the ioos channel.
