Error when using USGS Woods Hole Geoportal CSW #162

I'm getting this error Invalid parameter value: locator=PropertyName when trying to create a search filter on property name.

Whats the CSW URL? http://geoport.whoi.edu/gi-cat/services/cswiso? http://geoport.whoi.edu/geoportal/csw?

It was http://geoport.whoi.edu/geoportal/csw but I don't appear to be getting the error anymore.

OK, that's why I asked, I can't reproduce
