I started reading through system-test but got lost. Where should I start, which direction should I go? There is the github.com/ioos/system-test starting point, there is the ioos/wiki/system-test starting point, there should be a top-level ipython notebook page that is visible in the directory structure that ipython notebook presents in its console in the browser window. In each of these places that are the equivalent of the root index.html file at the top level of that node, there needs to be some pointers to the topmost starting point, some indication of where you are and where you are going next.
