@duncombe-noaa Can you rerun your iPython notebook with the --script option so a .py file is output along with the .ipynb? See: https://github.com/ioos/system-test/wiki/Contributing-to-the-Project#creating-or-updating-notebooks
Okay, I'm taking this down again until I get the thing to run without generating errors.
@kwilcox Have done so. Cannot get a travis build that does not have an
error, but since the system-test/master does not build correctly either, I
figure that does not matter. Also cannot reproduce the graphics in the
original, but I am still building on windows, so who knows what is really
going on. Does not build on wakari either, because wakari does not like the
%matplotlib inline
and produces nothing sensible thereafter.
So I will put up another pull request with the editorial changes I desire, and your .py files.
