trying to run system test on wakari #195

I am trying to run https://github.com/ioos/system-test/blob/master/Theme_2_Extreme_Events/Scenario_2A/Extremes_Waves/Extreme_Waves.ipynb and followed the README.txt on installations. I'm working in wakari and am having trouble creating an environment that will run past the installation requirements cell without coming up with an error.
