Need for updates on biological data vocabularies #11

I found this repo through a reference Justin Goldstein made via the ESIP Semantic community and noticed some stuff that is pretty out of date on the biological data side. In addition to an interesting misspelling (Southern US dialect?) - "Biologicah" - references to the biological terms and the Marine Biogeography vocabulary from the MMI should probably be updated. The OBIS community has pretty well deprecated (except for legacy data still maintained) the use of the MBG approach. The latest work between OBIS-USA and IOOS has focused on implementation of the OBIS-ENV-DATA specification. The terms for that spec are referenced from various sources with NERC and are outlined here - http://www.iobis.org/manual/dataformat/.
