The following properties have an object as data range, whereby the possible input is already defined somewhere. E.g. international patent classifiers are settled. SPDX license identifiers as well. We may want to upload those items to Wikibase so we can make connections

An OKH file hence may include an entry for spdx-license, which would be a simple string. If this string is equal to the name/identifier of a certain Wikibase item, a connection is made
