Like i am currently doing with OttoDIY
from the open hardware leaders account you mean?
Well this is the account I forked from but my question is about the account I am forking to
aha! :) not an issue from my side...
Ok this example is not really great because I think the repo is not the best to fork for OttoDIY. I thought it was the author's repo and I didn't checked i forked the OHL repo...
@amchagas can you delete https://github.com/OpenKnowHow/OttoDIY? sincefinally I made a pull request directly from OHL... thanks
done!
We could end up with a lot of repos in this org that way. For kitspace I made a seperate org: https://github.com/kitspace-forks. Might be alright if we delete them after merge though.
ok i'll try the way you suggest @kasbah
Jeremy here. I created this account to make forks. Can you please add me to the OpenKnowHow organisation?
You should make it an organisation rather than an account held by you.
I'm on a learning curve it seems... Ok I just created an organisation called OKH-forks and invited you all.
Ah, I should have said: you could have converted it. Best to delete the other one at this point to avoid confusion.
Also: can you please make me "owner". I want to change the org title away from just "Open Know How" to disambiguate.
done both
Are you ok for me to fork repos from the OpenKnowHow account so i can add manifests to external projects via pull requests?
