This is my first attempt at contributing to OpenKnowHow, and I'm not sure if I have done it correctly. I followed the instructions here to the best of my understanding.

Looks good to me. If we are going strictly by the standard then it's supposed to be okh.yml or okh-projectName.yml so according to the standard the project name would be "manifest". (The one's preceding this, from Field Ready, are also not standard compliant, I will need to fix that.)
