Sorry, but using TOML has never been incorporated into the standard. Currently the only supported format is YAML with .yml extension.

ook! yep it is indeed using the new, still in development "v2" (unofficial) OKH standard developed by martin. I am fine with it not being added.. good to have this cleared; thanks! :-)
