optimization to travian !!! #561

I have a big problem about the optimization in the travian when I have more than 50 and more users connected the processor does not lower 100% of the server and it gets all the web slow and it is impossible to play, I was fine the issue of apache vs Nginx nose which is the best of the two and I like that you tell me or what you think, I hope your answers @iopietro @Shadowss @velhbxtyrj

Right now the game is only half optimized, some optimizations will come with the refactored version.
