Makes this license appear as a joke.

Given that we're talking about a game license, where ninjas, dragons, and cats are a distinct possibility, I'd actually argue that this helps make us more legally professional.

(all joking aside, this isn't the final version, we're talking about games here, and being funny is perfectly fine, especially in "early draft" stage)

I thought I'd comment on this even though its closed, quite a few games have this type comment in their license/TOS/EULA. It does not effect legality, because its protecting the author from things that don't exist.

Cards against Humanity includes the phrase:" Please do not steal our name or we will smash you."

The Mojang Eula includes: . "The law in most countries says that we can‘t disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence so if your computer gets up and stabs you because of something we‘ve done wrong then we‘ll take the hit on that."

iTunes EULA : " You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons."

Game Station: “By placing an order via this Web site... you agree to grant Us a non transferable option to claim, for now and for ever more, your immortal soul.”

It is not at all unusual for a license or EULA for a game to contain a small amount of unenforcable whimsy. EA, Microsoft, Apple , have all done it.
