Various changes and clarifications #22

I made sure that anyone who recieves a binary of this mod can also get the source code. I also added an explicit copyleft.

The section regarding modpack permission still needs to be worked on. Someone could go ahead and make a modpack only containing one mod. This presents a loophole.

And I updated the readme file. Sorry, I just had to.

The problem is that it is possible to have a modpack with only one mod. A mod, map, and config combo. Or a mod with tweaked configs

I made a new pull request addressing these issues.
